I am an out-of-network provider.  If your insurance allows for use of an out-of-network provider (most PPOs allow this) you may be reimbursed for services. Call your insurance company for more information regarding your coverage. When necessary, I offer services on a sliding fee scale.  You may call to discuss payment options.

 

I will also do the billing for you so you won't have to. At the beginning of each month I will send a bill to your insurance company for all sessions scheduled the previous month.  If your insurance allows you to use of an out-of-network provider, your insurance company will send you a reimbursement check.

Initial Evaluation (90801)- 75 minute session  $185.00
Individual Session (90806)-  45 to 50 minute session  $120.00
Family Session (90846/90847)- 1 hour session  $145.00
